Sausage gravy 'n' biscuits and creamed-chipped-beef on toast are both a "don't miss"! I've never been able to flip an egg over easy, but Sarah can. We had gotten into the habit of meeting there once a week so had a chance to try a number of items.įrench toast made from Sarah's homemade banana-nut bread was a real hit the sausages and bacon are good quality and if you're looking for genuine maple syrup, Sarah's diner has it - nothing better on the delicious pancakes. The daily specials for lunch and breakfast are posted on the board. From locals dropping by to long-distance travelers taking breaks from the interstate, there's something for everyone. Simple and basic - and after all, isn't that what you want? With great service, good coffee, and wonderful food, Sarah Lynn's is the perfect small-town diner.
